Service Definition

Slim is an information service that compares mobile plans in Belgium (BE), the Netherlands (NL), and Luxembourg (LU). Slim does not provide telecommunications services directly and is not a party to the contract between the provider and the user.

Disclaimer Regarding Comparison Results

The rates and plan information displayed by Slim are presented exactly as provided by the supplier, without any modification. Savings estimates are based on arithmetic calculations using input assumptions (household type and estimated usage) and may differ from actual savings. Slim does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of the comparison results. Please check the latest rates directly on the supplier’s official website before signing a contract.

Affiliate Relationship

Slim may receive affiliate commissions from certain providers. These commissions do not affect your rates, and the ranking of comparison results is determined by an algorithm, regardless of whether a commission is received. Personal Information Processing

Our policy regarding the handling of personal information collected during the use of our services (such as household type, current service provider, and usage) is outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

As an information service, Slim assumes no liability, to the fullest extent permitted by law, for any damages resulting from the conclusion of a contract or a change in a rate plan based on the comparison results provided.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with Belgian law. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Belgium.
